Midwest Group Living, Inc. adheres to a Positive Support Transition Plan geared to help residents by providing positive support strategies. This transition plan is put in place to better help and prevent individuals from physically harming themselves and others, eliminate the use of prohibited procedures, avoid the emergency use of manual restraint, and increase their quality of living. We find and identify possible triggers, crisis, escalation, and other factors necessary so we can design recovery stages for each patient. The intervening strategies are designed through a patient-centered approach and assessment; hence, providing patients a more customized and personalized experience.
